Cosmetic Nurse

Lara is a registered nurse with many years experience in the area of appearance medicine. Lara has had several years working at Middlemore Hospital in general and plastic surgical operating theatres as well as in a high profile appearance medicine clinic in Auckland.

Lara is a certified laser operator with vast experience in Laser, ELOS and IPL.

Dermal fillers, lip enhancement and treatment of lines with Botox is one of Lara’s most rewarding treatments. Lara herself having had to deal with a cleft lip scar from birth, appreciates the improvement that dermal fillers can make to scaring and lines.

Lara’s passion is helping people feel more confident and improving or maintaining their appearance.

Debbie Whitelock
Financial Manager

Debbie comes with many years experience in administration and customer service. She thoroughly enjoys working in the cosmetic industry, helping people and seeing the results that have been achieved and the confidence that comes with the changes cosmetic medicine makes. She herself has had full face IPL rejuvenation for skin pigmentation, loves the result and highly recommends the procedure.

Both Lara and Debbie own and operate Peak Appearance.

Debbie Franklin
NZDip, BBT

Debbie is a fully qualified beauty therapist as well as a student nurse, currently in her first year of nursing training. 

At Peak Appearance she performs microdermabrasions, exfoliating peels, vitamin infusions, IPL  and has also introduced beautiful eyelash enhancements.
 
Debbie has a very outgoing and bubbly personality making it a pleasure to be treated by her. 

Angela Guilford NZRN

Angela is a registered nurse with a real passion for the cosmetic medicine industry.  She specialises in IPL, microdermabrasion, peels and skincare. She has a warm caring personality, loves working with people and enjoys seeing clients delighted with the improvements made to their skin.

Dr Danielle Waxman MB, ChB
Cosmetic Doctor

Danielle specialises in mole checks and removals and injectables in particular our lastest dermal filler, Voluma which is a mid-face long term filler.

Danielle has a very relaxed and approachable manner and is great at making clients feel at ease about any treatment or procedure they decide to go ahead with.

Sue Edwards
Practice Manager

We are very fortunate to have Sue working with us as Practice Manager.  She has worked at the Vein & Skin Clinic in Wellington for the past seven years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the medical and cosmetic industry. 

She has a friendly and welcoming personality and is happy to discuss any concerns you may have and explain any of the treatments to you.

Mel Hay NZRN
Cosmetic Nurse

After many years of nursing experience and four years of appearance medicine, Mel feels cosmetic enhancement is the 'icing on the cake'. She loves to see the excellent results that can be achieved through treatments of skin rejuvenation, botox/fillers, great skin treatment and care, to look and feel great any any age.
